Bryconops (Bryconops) caudomaculatus (Günther, 1864)

  • Holotype (unique): BMNH 1852.9.13.74.

Type locality: South America [probably Guyana].

Etymology: caudo- (= tail); maculatus (= spotted), referring to pair of large reddish spots on basal half of caudal fin. (From: The ETYFish project)
