Barbus gulielmi Boulenger, 1910

  • Syntypes: BMNH 1911.6.1.29-30 (2); NMW 54138 (1).

Type locality: Quanza River at Dondo, Angola.

Etymology: The specific name honores the collector of the type specimens, William John Ansorge. "Gulielm" is the Welsh precursor to "William"The ETYFish Project.
