  • Type locality: "bluffs along Colorado River, about 10 mi S of U.S. Highway 50-6, along Utah Highway 128", Grand Co., Utah, U.S.A.
    • Amended after Holmgren & Holmgren (2010:265).
  • Holotype: S. L. Welsh 6857 (BRY; isotypes BRY, NY)
    • According to Holmgren & Holmgren (2010:265), the isotypes bear the number 6987.
