Taxonomic notes

Sometimes accepted as a synonym of Alchemilla see Govaerts et al. (2025) cf. Hassler (2025). but note that Chen et al. (2020) strongly supports its retention as a separate genus, whereas, Li et al., (2024) finds that Alchemellia s.l. is indeed monophyletic.
