Ameerega cainarachi (Schulte, 1989)

Type locality: "el valle del Alto Río Cainarachi del centro de la Cordillera Oriental a la altura del km 33 de la carretera Tarapoto-Yurimaguas", Departamento San Martín, Peru.

Holotype: AMNH 136282.
