Type locality: USA, Idaho State, Idaho County, 16.1 km east of Slate Creek.

Holotype: AMNH female, leg. 10-21.V.1983; Frank. W. Merickel and J. B. Johnson

Paratypes: None, but see allotype male and other specimens in Richart & Hedin, 2013: 50.

Distribution: USA, Idaho State, Idaho County.
