Type locality: USA, Washington State, Clallam County, Brownes Creek.
Holotype: AMNH, male, MorphBank 822644 [1].
Paratypes:
- AMNH, female, same data as holotype.
- CASENT9039219, 1 male & 1 female, MorphBank 822645 [2], same data as holotype.
- UWBM, WA2393/7641, 1 male & 1 female, USA, Washington State, Jefferson County, Yahoo Lake Road 1.4 miles east of Hoh-Clearwater Road.
Distribution: USA, Washington State, Clallam and Jefferson Counties, Northwest Olympic Peninsula.
