  • UWBM, WA2393/7641, 1 male & 1 female, from Yahoo Lake Road 1.4 miles east of Hoh-Clearwater Road, Jefferson County, Washington.

Distribution: Known from the northwest areas of the Olympic Peninsula in Clallam and Jefferson Counties, Washington State.
