  • Holotype: OMNH R2673, ♂, collected by K. Miyagi, on 18 May 1985.
  • Type locality: Uehara (ca. 70 m), Iriomotejima Island, Yaeyama Group, Ryukyu Islands, Japan.
  • Paratype: OPM H0488, ♂, collected by S. Hori, on 12 July 1982, in limestone cave on Iriomotejima Island.
