Abrotanella muscosa Kirk (1892:422)

  • Etymology: after the "anonymity and moss-like resemblance of the species" (Swenson, 1995:187))
  • Type locality: "Summit of Rakiahua", Stewart Island, New Zealand
    • According to Swenson (1995:187), the mountain is now spelled "Rakeahua"
  • Lectotype: Kirk s.n. (AK 10473, isolectotype K)
    • Selected by Swenson (1995:187).
