- Lectotype: BMNH 1946.1.21.5 (formerly BMNH 1920.1.20.252), ♀, collected by F. Lataste in November 1878. [designated by Saint-Girons (1977: 606)]
- Type locality: “Burgos”, “Ciudad Real” and “Valencia del Cid”, restricted by lectotype designation to “Ciudad Real” by Sain-Girons (1977: 606).
