@Hector Bottai: are these authors all taxon authorities? Or just systematic linking without checking?--Estopedist1 (talk) 19:56, 6 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Estopedist1: I am not sure what you exactly mean. They are the authors of the article as you can see in the link. And the article is an important one because changed the specific status of some Darwin finches.--Hector Bottai (talk) 20:50, 6 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Hector Bottai: We probably need to restrict somehow our person articles creation. Otherwise, we have more articles about persons that taxa, which is unnormal. See also: User_talk:Estopedist1#Thang_Johnson--Estopedist1 (talk) 04:19, 7 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Estopedist1: I recognize too many authors is a problem, specially when new taxa is involved. I don't think creating author pages when they still don't have a significant production should be a priority, when I see thousands of taxa with red links on Botanic and Entomology for example.--Hector Bottai (talk) 22:12, 7 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
