A template for internationalization and/or localization via the Universal Language Selector (at the top of the screen) and Wikidata.
In all instances, the exact word(s) entered are returned; a parallel translation may also be provided.
Summary[edit]
Where the user language is en (English, the default), only the exact word(s) entered are returned.
Where a user language other than en (English) has been selected (via the Universal Language Selector), if the word(s) are included in the Wikispecies lexicon, a parallel translation is also provided (via the corresponding Wikidata item).
Internal and/or external links may be provided.
Parameters[edit]
- the word(s) to be internationalized/localized/translated
- l (internal link), x (link to Wikipedia), lx (internal link + link to Wikipedia)
- for the display of alternative text
