Purpose

A formatting template for listing genera in the "Taxonavigation" section.

Usage

Use as: {{g|Genus}}

Example: If the genus name is Nothobranchius, you would write {{g|Nothobranchius}} which creates:

Nothobranchius –

In practice: See Nothobranchiinae for how this is used.

Final list item:

For the last item in a list of genera, use {{Glast}} instead of {{g}} since that one won't create a dash at the end. For the same reason, if there's a total of only one genus in the entire list, you should use {{Glast}} rather than {{g}} for that one.
