Talk:Xenosauridae

Author originally formerly given as Cope, 1900 as per the Zoological Record Index to Organism Names (ION) [1], this date seems to be wrong (apart from anything else it is 3 years after Edward Drinker Cope died). I think it has become mixed up with the date that Furbringer proposed the infraorder Xenosauri - see [2]. The date 1866 is given by ITIS and many other sites, although palaeology sites seem to prefer 1886 (we will ignore the Russian site which gives 1827, 13 years before Cope was born!)
