- Species (8, but a revision is needed): S. apicalis – S. ater – S. brevicornis – S. brouni – S. scutellaris – S. seelandicus – S. sharpi – S. thoracicus
- Source: Maddison in Macfarlane et al. (2010: 425), except that Maddison makes no mention of S. scutellaris
, and also lists Sericoderus sp. indet. A, which is very likely a reference to Sericoderus species 1 of Kuschel (1990: 58), which is probably S. brevicornis
, but this requires confirmation
