I'm trying to identify this plant, maybe you can help me?

I have this plant at home, and I heard that it is a Sedum, but I can't identify exactly what type. Do you know what plant it is? If I can learn more about it, I could take better care of it. I had to cut it down a couple months ago because it was drying up. It seems to be doing better now, but I can't tell what it needs more of. Very grateful for any help I can get on this!
