Talk:Pythoninae

Wich source is used for the classification of the Pythoninae? The English wikipedia uses Itis as scource, on the German wiki about 50% of the articles says Pythoninae, the other half Pythonidae and classifies the pythons as a family. I always used EMBL, but Itis seems to be better updated. What taxonomy does Wikispecies use for the reptiles, Itis, EMBL or another source? I would really like to remove all these contradictions in order to raise our credability. B kimmel 17:01, 19 April 2006 (UTC)
