- NOTE: Maddison in Macfarlane et al. (2010: 412) did not indicate this species as adventive, presumably because of putative Pleistocene-Holocene records of it reported by Marra & Leschen (2004), Burge & Shulmeister (2007), and repeated by Macfarlane et al. (2010: 466) [NOTE: p. 465, 'all species listed are taken to be endemic'], but given the vagaries of identification to species of fossil fragments, and also the possibility of contamination, it is herein listed as questionably adventive.
