Current genera[edit]

Most recent circumscriptions of the family only include the genera Amianthium, Chamaelirium, Chionographis, Daiswa, Helonias, Heloniopsis, Kinugasa, Melanthium, Paris, Schoenocaulon, Stenanthium, Trillium, Veratrum, Xerophyllum, Ypsilandra and Zigadenus. Of these the generic limits of Paris, Daiswa and Kinugasa are disputed. Narthecium and its allies are part of the order Dioscoreales and the family Nartheciaceae, while Tofieldia and allies are part of Tofieldiaceae in the order Alismatales.

What "most recent circumscription" is that? And where do they put Aletris? --EncycloPetey 01:25, 25 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Lophiola[edit]

Genus Lophiola also appears as Tecophilaeaceae. See comments there.
