affinis or decollatus ?

There is debate as to whether the New Guinea Scrubfowl should be Megapodius affinis or Megapodius decollatus Oustalet 1878.

Howard and Moore, IOC and Zoonomen prefer decollatus. Sibley and Monroe, and Clements prefer affinis
