This page is outdated and needs work. It lists Pseudolucanus as a synonym (correctly!), but then still treats it as a subgenus. You can't have it both ways. The subgenus page should be removed. Eolucanus (Asian) is not a synonym of Pseudolucanus (type species of which is North American), and having last been treated as valid (Huang 2010). Eolucanus needs a generic page. The serrate protibia of Eolucanus species make them readily identifiable.
Return to Lucanus: L. atratus – L. barbarossa – L. busignyi – L. capreolus – L. confusus – L. deuvei – L. groulti – L. imitator – L. kerleyi – L. mazama – L. wittmeri – L. xerxes
Move to a new Eolucanus page: E. davidis – E. gracilis – E. lesnei – E. mingyiae – E. oberthueri – E. pani – E. prometheus
