Hi @RLJ: and thanks for your work. First time i enter in the hell of Wikispecies and I hope it wasn't too bad ;)
I dont really understand what u meaned by watching the ICN. "The diaeresis, indicating that a vowel is to be pronounced separately from the preceding vowel (as in Cephaëlis, Isoëtes), is a phonetic device that is not considered to alter the spelling; as such, its use is optional." A lot of publication do that now, like the PPG, or the reference Kiger and Reveal 2006 given in the page.
I say that cause i was near to change it for the subordinate taxon. --Boogie Boy (talk) 18:54, 17 August 2020 (UTC)
