Placement in clade[edit]
I'm not sure what the sources are for the placement of this group, but Lieberman (2003) in Journal of Palaeontology has the hierarchy as follows:
- Phylum: Paneuarthropoda (the stem group of the Euarthropoda)
- Class: Dinocarida
(Wikipedia has the Phylum as Lobopodia, which I'm not sure is current anymore)
Lower ranks are:
- Order: Radiodonta
- Family: Anomalocarididae
