Schistura yersini Freyhof & Serov, 2001

Type locality: Vietnam.

Holotype: ZFMK. ZFMK 23579.

Etymology: yersini: Named for the famour Swiss biologist and humanist Alexandre Yersin who spends much of his life in southern Vietnam, especially around Dalat where this species was collected.
