Name[edit]

Holotype: SAM 50905, adult ♂.

Type locality: “Northern slope of Landdroskop in the Hottentotsholland Mountains (34°59'30" E; 3418 BB Somerset West), in the Western Cape, South Africa, at an altitude of 1200 m above sea level and within the mist belt that occupies the higher parts of these mountains.”
