Syntypes (5): BMNH 1946.8.8.24-26, ♂, ♀ and juv., collected by J. Steinbach, and BMNH 1946.8.8.22-23, both ♀, collected by C. Schunke.

Type locality: “Provincia Sara, Eastern Bolivia, altitude 750 meters” and “Chancamayo, Eastern Peru”.
