  • Holotype: ANSP 3548. [lost fide Duellman (1960: 607)]
  • Neotype: UMMZ 114668, adult ♀. [designated by Duellman (1960: 607)]
  • Type locality: “Mexico”, redesigned by neotype designation to “24 kilometers northwest of Ciudad Oaxaca, Oaxaca, Mexico”, by Duellman (1960: 607).
