Syntypes: SU 620 (1, lost); UF 113784 [ex Bulter Univ. 110] (1), 115522 [ex Butler Univ. 111] (1); USNM 27429 (several, now 0).

Type locality: Artesia; Macon; and Enterprise, Mississippi, U.S.A.
