- Holotype: MUSM 18656, adult ♂, collected by E. Lehr and C. Aguilar on 12 February 2003.
- Type locality: “San Alberto (10°32′53.4″ S, 075°22′16.6″ W), 2200 m elevation, Provincia de Pasco, Departamento de Pasco, Peru”.
