Holotype: UTA R-52521, adult ♀.

Type locality: “near village of Santa Martha (18°20’14’’ N, 94°53’25’’ W) on the western slope of Volcán Santa Martha, Sierra de Los Tuxtlas, Veracruz, Mexico, 1,200 m elevation”.
