Coprosma linariifolia (Hook.f.) Hook.f., Handb. N. Zeal. Fl. 1: 118 (1864)

• Typus: New Zealand. Northern and Middle[South] Island: in mountain localities; Ruahine mountains and woods at Manawarakua, etc., Colenso; banks of the Waihopai, Munro; Lake Tekapo, Haast; Otago, Lindsay.
  • Note: Oliver (1935: 56) treats Colenso 980 (New Zealand, North Island: Ruahine Range; K) as 'type' and the corresponding specimen exists (K000772167), but it lacks type indication except for a trace of any action taken by Oliver in 1928.
