Boana secedens (Lutz, 1963)

Type locality: "Barro Branco, in the state of Rio de Janeiro, rising from the coastal lowlands towards the Serra da Estrela, near the Bay of Guanabara and on the way to Petropolis; . . . (app. 22° 23´ S, 43° 15´ W)", Brazil.

Holotype: MNRJ 3591.
