- Type locality: Southeast slope of Mount Pekeopekowa, along Wailahabahaba Creek (tributary of Sagabada River, 10.2826° S; 150.1548° E], 600 m, Milne Bay Province, Papua New Guinea.
- Host: BPBM 15599, Sphenomorphus aignanus (Squamata: Scincidae), collected on 10 May 2002.
