  • Holotype: MEPN 14203, adult ♀, collected by Ana Almendáriz, Jorge Brito, Juan Hurtado and Jorge Puchaicela on 26 July 2011.
  • Type locality: “Rio Blanco (03º55’2.08’’S 78º30’9.81’’W, ca. 1850 m above sea level), Paquisha, municipality of Paquisha, province of Zamora-Chinchipe, Ecuador”
