Name

Centrolene petrophilum Ruiz-Carranza and Lynch, 1991

Type locality: "Colombia, Departamento de Boyacá, municpio de Pajarito, Inspección de Policía Corinto, fina 'El Descanso'; quebrada 'La Limonita', vertiente oriental de la Cordillera Oriental, 5° 17´ latitud N, 72° 42´ W de Greenwich, 1600-1650 m".

Holotype: ICN 9567.
