My name is Chounder. I also edit Stanhopiane in the main wikipedia site. I believe in conservation of rare species through seed grown orchid plants. I have a bachelors of science in biology from Oregon State University.

Orchidaceae Grown

After almost 20 years away from the hobby, I have started growing orchids again.

• Stanhopea embreei - As of 10 May 06, the plant has two pseudobulbs and two racemes.

• Stanhopea oculata - Aproximately twenty-five seedlings in two community pots.

• Stanhopea posadae - Nine Seedlings in individual pots.

• Stanhopea tigrina var nigroviolacea - One seedling.

• Coryanthes maculata - Aproximately 19 seedlings in one community pot.

• Paphinia herrerae - One plant.
