Summary

Description Flowerheads are contracted panicles to 4 cm long and with few spikelets. Spikelets are 3-5-flowered, pink tinged in early flowering and becoming pale and fluffy at maturity. Awns hardly exceed the glumes. Flowers from spring to autumn.
