Arctostaphylos catalinae—Santa Catalina manzanita. Included in the CNPS Inventory of Rare and Endangered Plants on list 1B.2 (rare, threatened, or endangered in CA and elsewhere). Also include in the IUCN Red List as vulnerable. The species future on its home island of Santa Catalina is brighter than it was before the removal of feral goats.
