Summary
DescriptionCalathea undulata 2.jpg
English: Calathea undulata.
This very small species hardly exceeds 30 cm in height & occurs naturally in the forests of Peru and Brazil. The metallic dark green leaves with a silver patch on the midrib resemble the even smaller C. micans. Both the C. undulata and C. micans make good ground cover in damp shaded places.
