Summary

Description Spikelets are 16–35 mm long and 4–10-flowered. Glumes subequal. Lemmas 6.9–12.5 mm long, glabrous or scabrous, mucronate, muticous or with an awn remaining straight when dry; lowest lemma muticous , mucronate or with an awn 0–3 mm long, remaining lemmas with awn 0–11.5 mm long.
