Muhlenbergia andina—foxtail muhly. Ripe heads. A perennial that spreads by rhizomes found in wet meadows, stream banks, and the like throughout much of western North America. Plant is at Regional Parks Botanic Garden located in Tilden Regional Park near Berkeley, CA.
