中文(繁體):臺灣特有種,廣泛分布於全臺低海拔,為重要闊葉樹樹種之一。樹高、葉大是大葉楠在同屬中的明顯特徵。攝於2022年二月中旬與三月上旬。國立自然科學博物館植物園,台中,台灣。
English: Endemic to Taiwan. Evergreen tree. The height of the tree and the large leaves are the obvious characteristics of Machilus kusanoi in the same genus. Widely distributed at low altitudes throughout Taiwan, it is one of the important broad-leaved tree species.Photo taken between mid-February and early March 2022. Botanical Garden of National Museum of Natural Science, Taichung, Taiwan.
