Acroteriobatus variegatus (Nair & Lal Mohan, 1973)

  • Holotype (unique): FMRI F.176.

Type locality: Indian Ocean: Gulf of Mannar, India, off Mandapam, 200 fathoms depth.

Etymology: variegatus, referring to variegated markings of pectoral and pelvic margins. (From: The ETYFish project)
