Name[edit]

Nandus meni Hossain & Sarker, 2013

  • Holotype: MMSF 2013E1.
  • Paratypes: MMSF 2013 E2-E16.

Type locality: freshwater swamp of Begumgonj, 22°55′N, 90°58′E [1], Noakhali, Bangladesh.

Etymology: The specific epithet meni is the name of this species in the local dialect of Noakhali, from where the samples were collected. Meni means an unsuspecting silence character.
