Halichoeres salmofasciatus Allen & Robertson, 2002

Holotype: USNM 350110. [Paratypes: UCR 2517-1 (16), USNM 350111 (6)].

Type locality: Chatham Bay, Isla del Coco, Costa Rica, about 50°33'N, 87°03'W.
