Cnemidophorus lemniscatus (Linnaeus, 1758)

  • Lectotype: NRM 126, ♂. [designated by Cole & Dessauer (1993: 18)]
  • Type locality: “Guinea” (in error), designated to “probably all originate from Dahlberg, who had two plantations at the confluence of the Cottica River and the Perica Creek, Surinam” by Hoogmoed (1973: 42), restricted to “South America: Suriname: Marowijne; Christiaankondre and Langamankondre, on the west bank of the Marowijne River” by Cole & Dessauer (1993: 18).
  • Paralectotypes (2): NRM 127, ♀ and NRM 20126, ♂. [designated by Cole & Dessauer (1993: 18)]
