Hi. Not sure if a message this way works, but i'm curious about why here you went for blanking the page of "Peñaherrera-R et al, 2023" rather than moving (hence renaming) it - if your intention was to change the template name. I see you've got same created again new under a slightly different (and seemingly better) title Template:Peñaherrera-Romero et al., 2023b

• While writing this the history of the other template seems to have been wiped now - if you've blanked other pages like this before, do the then empty templates get deleted?
