Following en:Vietnamese names, Hoang (surname), Ngoc (middle name) and Thao (given name). As WS practice is occidental mode, Thao Ngoc Hoang is a accepetable form for ther name. Burmeister (talk) 20:35, 23 August 2020 (UTC)
