Usage

A template to display a standard-formatted author biography.

This template is undergoing active development. Parameters may be changed or removed without notice. Formatting may be suboptimal. You are welcome to be involved in developing and testing it, in which case please use it sparingly. Otherwise, please kindly wait until this notice is removed.

Soon, it will be possible to populate a blank instance of the template from Wikidata.

This template emits an hCard microformat, to make key biographical data machine-readable. Please therefore do not remove the HTML classes: adr, country-name, fn, label, n, nickname, note, org, role, url, or vcard; and do not collapse the <div>, <span> or other elements containing them.

• Add a parameter for linked institutions (i.e. with a page on Wikispecies)
• Add separate address/ contact fields?
