What about reorganizing the Orchidaceae taxonomy to follow Genera Orchidacearum? Despite I do not personally agree with their genera divisions, which sometimes places morphology to a second (or third) level lumping too many diferent things together, I think it is the most updated system to classify tribes and subtribes of Orchidaceae above genera level. We see Schlechter's and Dressler' systems all over internet but, of course Schlechter is dead but Dressler himself does not uses his own system anymore as we have a more modern one now.

I may do it if you think it is a good idea. As the last volume is about to be released we may start with most primitive groups and leave the four lacking tribes of Epidendroideae as it is till the last book is is released.--Dalton Holland Baptista 15:39, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
